We'll clean your home from the inside out
Most homeowners have no idea what goes
on inside their home's air ducts. But the
fact is, they can become littered with years
of accumulated dirt, debris and allergens like
pollen, dust and pet dander.

Industry standards recommend that you have your air ducts inspected
every 2 years for cleanliness. Frequency of cleaning depends on several factors,
not the least of which is the preference of the home owner. (see FAQs)

By having your air ducts cleaned regularly, you’ll help improve the indoor air quality
in your home, and enhance the efficiency of your heating/cooling system, which may
reduce energy bills.

Sears technicians use one of the most powerful and effective air duct cleaning systems
on the market today. This allows us to clean all types of duct work and air duct systems no matter
what part of the country you live in. Our air duct cleaning methodology follows the guidelines of
the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), and with the expert advice from your air duct cleaning
technician, you can count on Sears.

The Sears Air Duct Cleaning System

Our courteous, insured and professionally trained technicians use the following process:
|
 |
 |
1: The Sears Blue Crew arrives at your home on time, in a clearly marked truck and in uniform. |
2: A technician greets you and carefully reviews the cleaning services you have requested. |
 |
 |
3: Before the air duct cleaning your advisor will explain the importance of indoor air quality and air purification products available for your home. |
4: Sears uses some of the most powerful equipment on the market. The industrial strength cleaning unit vacuums the dirt and debris from your air duct system. |
 |
 |
5: The technicians will prepare your home for service by covering flooring with protective cloths and placing corner guards where needed. |
6: The technician carefully seals a return air vent before cleaning to maximize the air flow. |
 |
 |
7: Your advisor will explain how Sears cleans the HVAC system using a variety of specialized tools adapted to even the most unique system. |
8: We connect a powerful 8 inch vacuum to the main trunk line. The vacuum collects dirt, dust and other contaminants which are dislodged during air duct cleaning. |
 |
 |
9: High pressure air along with specialized tools are used to dislodge the dirt and debris so that the vacuum can pull it into the containment unit. |
10: The technician inserts the compressed air hose with air whip. Compressed air and the air whip remove dirt from the duct walls and push grime to the vacuum. |
 |
 |
11: After cleaning, the technician installs a galvanized sheet metal access panel with 12 screws over the hole in accordance with NADCA standards. The technician seals the patch with metal tape labeled UL181A. |
12: The technician seals the hole made to insert the air whip with an approved plug. |
 |
 |
13: After cleaning, the technician reviews the order with you to answer any questions and to make sure you are satisfied with the job. |
14: Please go online to SearsClean.com/Survey and fill out the customer satisfaction survey. Your feedback is important to us. |

What Our Customers Say About Sears Air Duct Cleaning
 |

I am very satisfied with the results of having my ducts cleaned. Now my house maintains an even
temperature in the rooms and my furnace is not straining and struggling to achieve a constant or particular temperature.
My house is no longer dusty and I am able to use all my rooms without suffering "cold" spots or "hot" rooms. I expect
savings on my power bills since my furnace isn't constantly struggling (and noisy!). And since I had the ducts treated
for mold (and/or other unhealthy stuff) I sleep secure knowing the air is cleaner. Honestly, I only regret
I hadn't done this sooner.

| • |
My technician was extraordinarily friendly. You just don't find customer service like I received
any longer. Thank you Sears, job well done! I would also like to mention that I called several other duct cleaning companies
before I tried Sears. They were all astronomically more expensive. Kudos to Sears for keeping their prices low and the service high!

The two employees you sent exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly, professional,
and most important very thorough. They answered all questions I had and did not seem rushed in any manner. They made sure
everything was operating perfect prior to leaving.

All I have to say is that, Andrew & Ryan were the "BEST". If I ever would need your service again,
I will specifically ask for Andrew & Ryan, and will be recommending those two guys to family & friends.
